Welcome to the Amazing Church Lake Elsinore App (“the App”), developed and operated by Amazing Church Lake Elsinore (“the Church”). By using the App, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before using the App.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the App, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“the Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must refrain from using the App.
2. User Accounts
a. In order to access certain features and services provided by the App, you may be required to create a user account. You must provide accurate and complete information when registering and keep your account information up to date.
b. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, and you agree not to share your account details with any third party. You are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
c. The Church reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for any reason, including but not limited to a violation of these Terms.
3. User-Generated Content
a. The App allows registered users to post content, such as messages, comments, images, and videos (“User Content”). You understand and agree that you are solely responsible for any User Content you post and the consequences of sharing it.
b. By submitting User Content, you grant the Church a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide, perpetual, and irrevocable license to use, reproduce, distribute, modify, adapt, publicly display, and perform the User Content for the purposes of operating and promoting the App.
c. You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary rights, licenses, permissions, and consents to post and share User Content on the App. You agree not to post any content that infringes upon the rights of others or violates any applicable laws or regulations.
4. Intellectual Property Rights
a. All intellectual property rights, including but not limited to copyrights, trademarks, trade secrets, and patents, in the App and its content, are owned by or licensed to the Church. You agree not to reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the App or its content without the Church’s prior written permission.
b. You may submit suggestions, feedback, or ideas regarding the App to the Church. By doing so, you grant the Church the right to use and incorporate such suggestions, feedback, or ideas into the App without any obligation to compensate you.
5. Privacy
a. The Church is committed to protecting your privacy. The collection, use, and disclosure of personal information through the App are governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference into these Terms.
b. The Church complies with the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA). For more information about how the Church handles your personal information, please review our CCPA Notice, which is part of our Privacy Policy.
6. Limitation of Liability
a. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Church shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with the use or inability to use the App or its content, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
7. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Church, its officers, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or in connection with your use of the App, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of others.
8.Modifications to the Terms
The Church reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. The modified Terms will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the App after any modifications to the Terms constitutes your acceptance of the modified Terms.
9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal action or proceeding arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located within the State of California.
10. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue to be valid and enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by law.
11. Entire Agreement
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and the Church regarding your use of the App and supersede any prior or contemporaneous agreements, communications, and proposals, whether oral or written, between you and the Church.

Please note Amazing Church Services (defined below) may be used by Third Parties and/or Communities and their authorized User’s (defined below) to deliver Community Services (defined below) which may collect information about their Community members. This information is collected at the direction of those authorized User’s and we may have no direct relationship with its Community members, the individuals whose personal information we process. When you interact within a specific Third Party or Community, you should refer to that Third Party or Community’s privacy policy for information on how your personal data is collected, used, and protected.

“Amazing Church Services” means websites, applications, products and services deployed by Amazing Church for end use by individuals and Communities. (examples: Logos Bible Software, Mobile Ed Courses, Amazing Church Sites, Proclaim Presentation Software, Amazing Church Equip Church Management Software)
“Community” means faith-based organizations, educational institutions, nonprofit entities, and any other organization that licenses any Amazing Church Service for use by the Community or it’s Users.

The information we collect, and how that information is used, depends on how you use Amazing Church Services and how you manage your privacy settings.
When you’re not signed in to a Amazing Church account, we store the information we collect with unique identifiers tied to the browser, application, or device you’re using. This helps us do things like improve Amazing Church Services for new users. When you’re signed in, we also collect information that we store with your Amazing Church account, which we treat as personal information.

That means, of course, that elements of your Amazing Church Profile, posts, content that you make public from within Logos, Amazing Church Sites content, etc, may be available to others. For example, the photo that you upload to your Amazing Church Profile, the group posts you make, Notes you share, sermons you publish to Amazing Church Sermons may all be made available publicly. Public information may also be indexed by search engines or used by third parties. Please keep all of this in mind when deciding what you would like to share.
We cultivate long term relationships with our users, and we keep information about you until (if applicable) you ask us to delete it, or we no longer need the information for the purposes for which we collect and use it — which are described in the section above on How and Why We Use Information–and we are not legally required to continue to keep it. You should expect us to retain personal information associated with your Amazing Church Account indefinitely, but things like email interaction behavior or usage logs for shorter periods of time, ranging from 30 day to 450 days.
